Which legal act regulates the processing of your personal data?
Your personal data is collected and processed by us in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (OJ L 119, p. 1), commonly known as: GDPR (Polish: RODO). In matters not regulated by the GDPR, the processing of personal data is regulated by the Personal Data Protection Act of May 10, 2018.

Automated decision-making (including profiling)
We do not make automated decisions regarding you, nor do we use profiling.
Transfer of data outside the EEA
- Google: In order to use Google measurement and marketing tools, your data may be transferred to the USA. Google LLC is part of the Data Privacy Framework program, ensuring an adequate level of protection as per Commission Implementing Decision (EU) C(2023) 4745.
- Meta (Facebook): For Facebook tools, your data may be transferred to Meta Platforms Inc. in the USA. Meta is also part of the Data Privacy Framework.
YOUR RIGHTS
Under the GDPR, you have the right to:
- Request access to your personal data.
- Request rectification of your data.
- Request erasure (“right to be forgotten”).
- Request restriction of processing.
- Object to processing.
- Request data portability.
We will provide information on actions taken regarding your request without undue delay, and in any case within one month. This may be extended by two months for complex cases.
- Access (Art. 15): You can request a copy of your data and info on processing purposes.
- Rectification (Art. 16): You can request immediate correction or completion of data.
- Erasure (Art. 17): Applicable if data is no longer necessary, consent is withdrawn, or processing is unlawful. We may retain data for legal claims.
- Restriction (Art. 18): Applicable if you contest accuracy, processing is unlawful but you oppose erasure, or for legal claims.
- Objection (Art. 21): You can object to processing based on legitimate interests or direct marketing at any time.
- Portability (Art. 20): You can receive your data in a structured CSV format (or other requested formats) or have it sent to another controller.
Complaint to a Supervisory Authority
If you believe processing violates regulations, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych – PUODO) in Poland.
